Mind Alive Inc. (formerly known as Comptronic Devices Limited) is the manufacturer of the DAVID PAL, CESta and the BIOSCAN devices.

Audio-visual entrainment (AVE), Neurofeedback (NFB) and Cranio-Electro Stimulation (CES) are the fastest growing technologies in alternative-health treatments. We offer these treatments in our office at 9008-51 Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We conduct year-round studies with the Psychology Department at the University of Alberta. We have also conducted studies with the University of Texas at Austin (M. Telch, Ph.D.) and presently with the Veteran's Hospital in Minneapolis (D. Trudeau, M.D.)

We offer training for health professionals to learn all about AVE and biofeedback technology. Training is based on our book, "The Rediscovery of Audio-Visual Entrainment Technology", research by various authors, plus research that we have presented at the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB) and International Society for Neuronal Regulation (ISNR) conferences.

We offer a variety of CDs, audio-cassette tapes and books made by health professionals. We also carry equipment accessories, electrodes and electrode paste in our showroom. We provide relaxing chairs in quiet rooms to demo a DAVID, sample tapes, CDs or try the different types of other devices we have.

We have state-of-the-art training rooms with the latest in neurofeedback and peripheral feedback (EMG, EDA, Temp) systems, not to mention the DAVID PAL audio-visual entrainment (AVE) devices.
